I think it might.. it seems like… i wonder if it might be the case that.. 

(싶다, something comes to your mind. 는가, ㄹ까, indicated uncertainty)

~ㄴ/는가 싶다 

민호는 친구가 왔는가/나 싶어서 나가 보았다. Minho went out thinking that his friend had come.
심한 병인가 싶어서 병원에 갔다. – I went to the hospital because I thought it might be a serious illness.
너한테 무슨 일이라도 있는가 싶어서 걱정돼 전화했어. – I called because I wondered if something had happened to you so I was worried.
춥지 않은가 싶다 – i wonder if it’s not cold.

~(으)ㄹ까 싶다 

우리 팀이 지지 않을까 싶었다. – I thought our team might lose in the game.

~(으)ㄹ 듯 싶다

Might, could, possibly, perhaps

~(으)ㄹ 수도 있다

수 – way, method, idea
~(으)ㄹ 수 있다 – there is a way to do, an idea for doing, a possibility for doing
~도 – also, too
~(으)ㄹ 수도 있다 – there is also the possibility, it might, it could, perhaps

제 친구가 알 수도 있어요 = my friend might know (the person/thing)
내일 다시 만날 수도 있어요 = we might meet again tomorrow
모자가 작을 수도 있어요 = the hat could be small
저 내일 올 수도 있어요 = I might come here tomorrow   
저 내일 안 올 수도 있어요 = I might not come here tomorrow
저 내일 못 올 수도 있어요 = I might not be able to come here tomorrow  
이거 가짜일 수도 있어요 = this might be fake
정말 그럴 수도 있어요 = it might really be so
