못지않게 is the extreme form of 처럼. Used for comparisons, 못지않게 is used when the comparison is not only similar, but also exceeds that similarity. In the above image, 마트 못지않은 풍성함 indicates not only that the refrigerator is as well-stocked as a supermarket, but that it can surpass supermarkets in that regard.
요즘 초등학생들은 옛날 고등학생 못지않게 공부를 많이 해요. These days elementary school students study as much as, if not more than, high school students of yore.
저희 어머니는 요리사 못지않게 요리를 잘 하세요. Our mother cooks as well as, if not better than, a chef.
올해도 작년 못지않게 덥겠습니다. This year will be as hot as, if not hotter than, last year.
같은 compares two nouns together. 처럼 describes an action being done like a noun.
인형처럼 생겼네요. – You look like a doll. (a common compliment for girls) 재벌처럼 살고 싶어. – I want to live like a chaebol. 오빠는 바보같은 사람이잖아. – You know my brother is like an idiot. 우리 엄마같은 사람들이 좋아요. – I like people who are like my mom.
Noun~답다 (~다워요, 다운) = To be like, worth being, be worthy of the name, be every bit a (noun)
너는 남자니까 남자답게 행동해라. = Since you’re a man, act like a man. 사람답게 살고 싶대. = He says he wants to live like a real person.
질문을 하다니 과연 당신답다. = It’s just like you to ask that question.
크리스의 자기 비하적인 성격은 정말 영국인 답다 = Chris’s self deprecating personality is very British. 꼭 그 사람다운 짓이야 = It´s just like him (to…). 이 도시에는 공원다운 공원이 없다 = There is no park worthy of the name[worth mentioning] in this town. 그는 군인답게 죽었다 = He died like the soldier he was. 그녀는 역시 여자다운 데가 있다 = There is something feminine in her after all. 학생이면 학생답게 굴어라 = If you are a student, behave like one.
같이 = like (same as 처럼)
저같이 해 보세요 = try doing it like I do 그 사람은 한국어를 한국 사람같이 잘해요 = he speaks korean well like a korean 제가 어제 말한 것같이 했어요? = did you do it like i said yesterday? 저 사람같이 하세요 = Do it like that person does 그가 그곳은 정말 그림같이 아름답대 = He told me it was absolutely picturesque there 나는 바보같이 보일 거야 = I will look like a fool.

저같은 사람 = a person like me, somebody like me 오늘은 일요일같은 월요일이에요 = Today is a Monday (that feels) like a Sunday

남처럼 행동하다 – behave like a stranger 돈을 물처럼 쓰다 – spend money like water 그것은 네가 생각하는 것처럼 간단하지 않아요 – It is not as simple as you think. 나는 그 사람처럼 영어를 잘하지 못한다 – I can’t speak English as[so] well as he. 마치 아무 일도 없었던 것처럼 보였다 – It looked as if nothing had happened 그녀는 양처럼 순하다 – She is as innocent as a lamb 마치 어젯밤 일 처럼 기억해 – I remember as if it was last night. 우리는 예전처럼 그냥 집에서 영화를 봤어요 – We watched movies at our house like old times 나는 오늘 평소처럼 공부해 야 돼 – I have to study today, as usual 그 사람은 나처럼 돈이 별로 없어 – That person, like me, doesn’t have much money 우리 아들은 밥을 원숭이처럼 먹어요 – Our son eats like a monkey 저는 그 전처럼 하고 싶어요 – I want to do it like before 네가 넘어질 것처럼 보였어 – It looked like you were going to fall 그렇게 하면 문제가 생길 것처럼 보여요 – It looks like a problem will come up if we do it like that
